摘 要:摘 要:据统计,肺癌是世界范围内最常见的癌症之一,其主要特征为患者生存率低及预后差。虽然目前针对肺癌的诊断与治疗已取得显著效果,但肺癌的早期诊断和治疗仍然是临床亟待解决的重要问题。环状RNA (circular RNA, circRNA) 是一类共价闭合的环形RNA 分子,先前它被发现是一种具有稳定结构的内源性非编码RNA。然而,近期多项研究发现,有些circRNAs 还具有蛋白编码功能。同时,circRNAs 在肺癌发生与发展过程中具有重要作用,其有望成为肺癌的预测标志物和治疗靶点。该文将从circRNAs 的发现史、生成机制、生物学功能及其在肺癌中的作用等方面作相关综述。
Abstract: Abstract: Statistically, lung cancer is one of the most common cancers in the world, which is mainly characterized by low survival rate and poor prognosis. Although the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer have achieved remarkable results, the early diagnosis and treatment of lung cancers are still tricky clinical problems to be solved. As a kind of covalent closed circular RNA molecules, previously, circRNAs were discovered as a type of endogenous non-coding RNAs, with structural stability. However, recent studies found that some circRNAs also possess the function of encoding proteins. Meanwhile, circRNAs play important roles in the occurrence and development of lung cancer, which are expected to become diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets of lung cancers. This review mainly discusses the discovery history, biogenesis, and biological functions of circRNAs, as well as their related roles in the lung cancer.
