羊膜促眼表组织重建的作用及相关分子机制的研究进展

摘　要：摘　要：眼表疾病 (ocular surface disease， OSD) 泛指损伤角结膜眼表正常结构与功能的一大类疾病。由外因和内因导致的角结膜创伤时有发生，严重影响患者的生活质量，甚至危及生命安全。羊膜作为性能优异的生物材料，被认为是眼表重建和创伤修复的重要基材。该文将从羊膜的特性、制备方法及其在角结膜修复中的分子机制等方面作一综述，以期为眼科疾病患者寻找合适的治疗方法提供有价值的信息。

The function and the molecular mechanism of human amniotic membrane in promoting cornea tissue regeneration

Abstract: Abstract: Ocular surface disease (OSD) is a general term used to describe the damage of the normal structure and function of the ocular angular conjunctiva. Conjunctival trauma caused by external and internal effects occurs from time to time， which seriously destroies the quality of patients’ life and even leads to mortality. Human amnion membrane (HAM) has been considered to be one of important biomaterials to promote the cornea regeneration and to heal the wounds. In this paper， the fabrications， properties， bio-functions and the possible bio-mechanisms of HAM in eyes’ wound healing were reviewed， aiming to provide valuable information for ophthalmic patients to be healed with appropriate treatments.
