摘 要:摘 要:P2X 受体是由胞外ATP 激活的配体型门控阳离子通道,其亚型P2X3 受体在咳嗽、疼痛、高血压等疾病的发生过程中发挥重要作用,以P2X3 受体为药物靶标开展研究对疾病的治疗有重要意义。该文就P2X3 受体的结构、激活剂及抑制剂的作用机理展开综述。

Abstract: Abstract: P2X receptors are ligand-gated cationic channels activated by extracellular ATP. The subtype P2X3 receptors play important roles in the development of cough, pain, hypertension and other diseases. It is of great significance to study P2X3 receptors as drug targets for the treatment of diseases. This article reviews the structure of P2X3 receptors, and the mechanisms of agonists and inhibitors on P2X3 receptors.
