表观遗传修饰对肝纤维化调控作用的研究进展

摘 要:摘 要:肝纤维化(hepatic fibrosis, HF) 是由各种致病因子所引起的肝脏持续炎症反应和纤维结缔组织异常增生的过程,是肝硬化和肝癌发展的必经阶段。近年来,越来越多的研究发现表观遗传修饰通过改变DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰及非编码RNA (non-coding RNA, ncRNA) 表达等,在不改变核酸序列的前提下,对肝内实质细胞和非实质细胞的重要信号转导通路、细胞因子和趋化因子的表达等进行调控,进而影响肝纤维化的发生发展。该文就表观遗传修饰在肝纤维化中的调控作用进行综述。

Epigenetic modification and its regulation in hepatic fibrosis

Abstract: Abstract: Hepatic fibrosis is caused by various pathogenic factors and characterized by continuous inflammation and abnormal deposition of extracellular matrix. It is also the indispensable stage of chronic liver disease to cirrhosis and hepatic carcinoma. For the past few years, more and more researches indicated that epigenetic modification was involved in the development and progression of liver fibrosis. According to the researches, epigenetic modifications can modulate pivotal signal transduction pathways and the expression of cytokines and chemokines in multiple cells through alteration of DNA methylation, histone modification and non-coding RNA expression without changes of nucleic acid sequences. Herein we discuss the modulation function of epigenetic modification in hepatic fibrosis.
