硒蛋白在阿尔茨海默病的作用研究进展

摘 要:摘 要:阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease, AD) 是一种中枢神经系统的退行性疾病,在老年人群中极为常见,其防治问题是世界难题之一。硒蛋白(selenoprotein) 是微量元素硒在人体和动物体内存在和发挥生物功能的主要形式。近年来,研究硒及硒蛋白与阿尔茨海默病关系的文章逐渐增多,表明硒及硒蛋白对阿尔茨海默病有明显的防治作用,这为阿尔茨海默病防治提供了新的思路。现对硒蛋白在阿尔茨海默病的发生及发展方面的作用进行系统总结,为阿尔茨海默病的预防与治疗提供新的思路。

Abstract: Abstract: Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disease that is extremely common in the aged and its prevention and treatment is one of the world's problems. Selenoproteins are the main form of microelement selenium that exists in the body of humen and animals and exerting its biological functions. In recent years, more and more articles focused on the role of selenium and selenoproteins, providing a new idea for the prevention and treatment of AD. This paper systematically summarizes the researches of selenoproteins on the occurrence and development of AD and provides a new idea for the prevention and treatment of the disease.
