摘 要:摘 要:高效、特异和简单易用等优势使CRISPR 基因编辑技术迅速成为遗传操作的热点工具,该技术及其衍生技术在各类细胞的基因组编辑与调控中逐渐被广泛应用。现介绍酿酒酵母细胞工厂的研究现状和CRISPR 基因编辑技术的发展,着重从基因水平和转录水平综述CRISPR 在酿酒酵母细胞工厂构建与调控中的应用。

Abstract: Abstract: The advantages of high efficiency, specificity, and ease of use make the CRISPR gene editing technology a hotspot for genetic manipulation. This technology and its derivative technologies have been widely used in the genome editing and regulation of various types of cells. This review introduces the current research status of Saccharomyces cerevisiae cell factories and the development of CRISPR gene editing technology. It focuses on the application of CRISPR in the construction and regulation of Saccharomyces cerevisiae cell factories at gene level and transcription level.
