几种重要微生物抗肿瘤作用研究进展

摘 要:摘 要:微生物的抗肿瘤作用已被广泛报道,目前,多种微生物已被应用于临床治疗,如卡介苗、Ⅰ型单纯疱疹病毒、腺病毒等。与传统肿瘤疗法相比,微生物疗法具有靶向性好、对机体造成的损伤很小甚至没有、可用于治疗恶性癌症晚期等优点,但是,该疗法在差异较大的个体间临床治疗效果差异较大。研发新型的肿瘤生物疗法,探究其作用机制和途径具有重要的临床意义。现对已报道的微生物抗肿瘤作用及其反应机制进行梳理总结和综述分析,以期为开发新型微生物抗肿瘤疗法和研究微生物、肿瘤细胞、免疫系统三者间相互作用提供参考。

Research progress on the antitumor effects of several important microorganisms

Abstract: Abstract: The antitumor effects of microorganisms have been widely reported, and some microorganisms were applied to clinical therapy successfully, such as BCG, HSV-1 and adenovirus. Biological therapy has some advantages, including great targeting, less or even no injury to body, and it can be used to treat late stage of malignant cancer. However, biological therapy has disadvantages at the same time, such as the lower rate of response to some individuals. It is significant to develop novel biological therapy and investigate the mechanism by which microorganisms use to induce antitumor effect. This paper makes a clear summary and review on research progress of antitumor effect of microorganisms, aiming at laying a foundation for development of novel antitumor drugs, and providing reference for exploring the complex relationship among microorganism, tumor cell and immune system.
