脂蛋白脂酶的调控及在动脉粥样硬化中的作用

摘 要:摘 要:脂蛋白脂酶(lipoprotein lipase, LPL, EC 3.1.1.34) 是降解甘油三酯(triglyceride, TG) 的限速酶,其活性降低是引起高甘油三酯血症的主要原因。LPL 受到众多因素调控,包括血管生成素样蛋白、载脂蛋白、miRNAs 和lncRNAs 等。LPL 是影响动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis, AS) 发生发展的重要因素,其分布位置不同决定了LPL 具有促AS 或抗AS 作用。该文重点阐述了LPL 调控机制对AS 的影响,有助于进一步揭示LPL 在脂质代谢及AS 发生发展中的作用。

Abstract: Abstract: Lipoprotein lipase (LPL, EC 3.1.1.34) is a rate-limiting enzyme and responsible for the degradation of triglyceride (TG). The lower activity LPL is tend to initiate hypertriglyceridemia (HTG). Many factors have been found to regulate the expression and activity of LPL, including angiopoietin-like proteins, apolipoprotein, miRNAs, and lncRNAs. The role of LPL in the development and progression of atherosclerosis (AS) is up to the distribution of LPL. Different LPL distribution results in its different role (promoter or suppressor) in AS. This review aimed to summary the role of LPL in AS, which may further reveal the role of LPL in lipid metabolism and provide a new target to prevent AS.
