水稻小穗器官发生分子调控机制的研究进展

摘 要:摘 要:小穗是否正常发育直接影响水稻的产量和后代繁殖,其发育的分子调控机制一直是作物生殖发育研究的热点之一。水稻小穗发育包括花分生组织命运决定及转变、退化颖片和不育外稃的发育、花器官属性确立和形态建成,以及花分生组织终止生长等一系列连续的过程。重点介绍近年来国内外研究者在四聚体模型、内外稃属性、花分生组织命运转变以及小穗发育的表观遗传调控等方向的最新研究进展。

Advances in molecular mechanisms of rice spikelet organogenesis

Abstract: Abstract: Rice spikelet development is directly associated with yield and propagation, and the underlying molecular mechanism has also been one of the hot topics in crop reproductive biology. The development of rice spikelet is consisted of a series of developmental process including floral meristem fate specification and transition, development of rudimentary glume and sterile lemma, identity specification and morphogenesis of floral organs, determination of floral meristem and so on. In this review, we summarized the recent research progress on the molecular basis of ‘quartet model’, the identity of lemma and palea, the transition of floral meristem fate, and the epigenetic regulation of spikelet development in rice.
