抗褐飞虱基因的发掘、鉴定与利用

摘 要:摘 要:水稻是我国最重要的粮食作物,而褐飞虱是水稻生产中的主要害虫,培育与利用抗褐飞虱的水稻品种是综合防治褐飞虱的基础。现从水稻抗褐飞虱种质资源、水稻抗褐飞虱基因的定位与克隆、水稻抗褐飞虱的分子机理,以及抗褐飞虱水稻的培育等方面,综述水稻抗褐飞虱基因研究的最新成果。

Exploitation, identification and utilization of brown planthopper resistance genes in rice

Abstract: Abstract: Brown planthopper (Nilaparvata lugens Stål, BPH) is one of the most destructive pests in rice production worldwide. The most economical and environment-friendly strategy to control this insect is to grow BPH-resistant rice varieties. Here, we reviewed the recent progresses in BPH-resistant germplasm, mapping and cloning of BPH-resistance genes, molecular mechanisms of rice resistance to BPH, and breeding methods for BPH-resistant variety.These studies have contributed to development of new rice varieties, offering an effective means for long-lasting control of BPH.
