斑马鱼长链非编码RNA的研究进展

摘 要:摘 要:长链非编码RNA (long non-coding RNA, lncRNA) 通常被定义为长度在200 nt 以上、无蛋白质编码功能的RNA 分子,在基因表达调控中起着关键作用。但近几年研究发现,部分lncRNA 也具有编码多肽或蛋白质的能力。研究表明,斑马鱼lncRNA 的异常表达会引起其神经系统、免疫系统和循环系统功能的显著变化。现从lncRNA 的调控机制与生物学功能、斑马鱼lncRNA 在不同发育阶段和不同组织中的表达差异,及其与斑马鱼生理功能的关系等方面进行综述,旨在为斑马鱼长链非编码RNA 的研究提供参考。

Research progress in long non-coding RNAs of zebrafish

Abstract: Abstract: Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are usually defined as a class of RNA molecule, which play key roles in the regulation of gene expression, with a length of over 200 nucleotides and without protein-coding function. However, in recent years, it has been found that some lncRNAs also have the ability to encode polypeptides or proteins. It is revealed that dysregulated expression of lncRNAs in zebrafish (Danio rerio) can elicit significant changes in the nervous system, immune system, and circulatory system. In this paper, the regulatory mechanisms and biological function of lncRNAs, the diversity of lncRNAs in different developmental stages and tissues of zebrafish, and the relationship between lncRNAs and physiological function of zebrafish are reviewed in order to provide reference for the research of lncRNAs in zebrafish.
