摘 要:摘 要:OPG-RANKL-RANK 信号系统是介导骨吸收和骨形成之间平衡的重要信号通路。骨质疏松是由于各种原因导致的骨吸收和骨形成紊乱,出现骨量减少、骨密度降低且易发生脆性骨折为基础的一种全身性慢性疾病。在骨质疏松的分子研究中,以OPG-RANKL-RANK 为靶标来分析其具体机制,通过大量分子细胞生物学实验和临床试验进行药物研究,此领域得到了越来越多的关注。现总结近年来OPG-RANKLRANK信号系统作为骨质疏松潜在药物靶点的研究结论,探讨该信号系统在骨质疏松治疗中的潜能,为靶向药物的开发及骨质疏松的治疗奠定基础。
Abstract: Abstract: The OPG-RANKL-RANK signal system is an important signal pathway to mediate the balance between bone resorption and bone formation. Osteoporosis, as a result of bone resorption and bone formation disorders caused by all kinds of reasons, is a systemic chronic disease with the basis of declining bone mass, decreasing bone mineral density and increasing fragility fracture. A large number of molecular biological experiments and clinical trials on osteoporosis have focused on OPG-RANKL-RANK as a target to analyze its specific mechanism for drug researches. This article summarized the latest research conclusions about OPG-RANKL-RANK signal system as a potential drug target for osteoporosis, and explored its potential roles in the development of targeted drugs against osteoporosis, which lays the foundation for the considerable treatment of osteoporosis and the targeted drugs research.
