摘 要：摘 要：α- 甘露糖苷酶(α-mannosidase， α-Man) 是真核生物蛋白质N- 聚糖修饰的关键酶，其对甘露糖残基的修剪过程是糖蛋白N- 糖链复杂化的必要步骤，对蛋白质的合成及正确构象的折叠起决定性作用。N- 聚糖的修饰过程包括高甘露糖的修饰与复杂型甘露糖合成两种，α-Man 同时参与这两种修饰过程，并发挥重要作用。现重点介绍α-Man 的分类、α-Man 与高甘露糖修饰的关系、α-Man 与复杂型甘露糖合成的关系及α-Man 的应用，以期为后续研究提供理论依据。
Abstract: Abstract: As the key enzyme for N-glycans modification of proteins in eukaryote， α-mannosidase (α-Man) could remove the mannose reside of glycan， complicate N-glycans of glycoprotein， which played a decisive role in protein folding. Specifically， α-Man participated in high mannose modification and complex mannose synthesis， two modes of N-glycans modification. This review will focus on the classification of α-Man， the relationship between α-Man and high mannose modification， the relationship between α-Man and complex mannose synthesis， and the application of α-Man， in order to provide a theoretical foundation for further researches.
