MicroRNA-183基因簇对癌症诊断和调控机制的研究进展

摘 要:摘 要:MicroRNA-183 基因簇是包括miR-183、miR-96 和miR-182 在内的一类非编码RNA 中的microRNA基因簇。近年来,研究发现它们在一些癌症、神经紊乱和自身免疫失调等疾病中异常表达,尤其在一些肿瘤中高表达而促进癌症的发生发展。因此,microRNA-183 基因簇能为癌症的治疗和诊断提供强有力的靶点和研究方向。现综述近年来microRNA-183 基因簇在常见恶性肿瘤中作为肿瘤生物标志物,及其在癌症中调控机理的研究进展,为microRNA-183 基因簇在癌症的临床应用提供方向。

Research progress on diagnosis and regulatory mechanisms of microRNA-183 cluster in cancers

Abstract: Abstract: MicroRNA-183 cluster is a microRNA cluster composed of miR-183, miR-96 and miR-182. In recent years, they are found to be dysregulated in cancers, neuronal disorders and auto-immune disorders, especially upregulated in some tumors. It indicates that microRNA-183 cluster could be a tumor-driver gene. This article summarizes the progress of microRNA-183 cluster as diagnostic biomarkers in common malignancies and the roles in tumorgenesis. It may provide a novel strategy for clinical application.
