肿瘤“饥饿”疗法的研究进展

摘 要:摘 要:肿瘤“饥饿”疗法是继手术切除、化学治疗及放射治疗后的肿瘤治疗新方法之一,其主要通过限制或剥夺肿瘤细胞生存需求条件,如血管生成、肿瘤营养获取、物质和能量代谢等通路,直接抑制肿瘤细胞的生长,甚至“饿死”肿瘤细胞。针对近年来肿瘤“饥饿”治疗的研究情况,该文将从对血管抑制、血管性介入治疗、代谢等3 种肿瘤“饥饿”疗法的作用方式和作用原理展开综述,并对肿瘤“饥饿”疗法的联合治疗等应用做出相应介绍,以期为肿瘤“饥饿”疗法进一步用于临床给予一定的指导。

Abstract: Abstract: Starving tumor therapy has been emerged as one of the latest therapeutic modalities compared to the existed treatment methods like surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, which restricts or deprives the survival requirements of tumor cells, including angiogenesis, nutrition acquisition, material and energy metabolism pathways to suppress tumor growth, and even starve tumor cells to death. Based on the most recent progress of tumor-starving therapy, this review will mainly focus on the anti-angiogenesis, vascular intervention and metabolism treatment ranging from their mode of action and function mechanism to combination therapy, aiming to provide directions for further cancer clinical treatment.
