Nesfatin-1调节脂肪代谢的研究进展

摘 要:摘 要:Nesfatin-1 是一种新型饱腹因子,其前体蛋白NUCB2 被激素原转化酶裂解为nesfatin-1、nesfatin-2和nesfatin-3 等3 个片段。Nesfatin-1 广泛地分布在中枢神经系统和外周组织中,尤其是在下丘脑、垂体、肝和脂肪组织中大量表达。Nesfatin-1 具有调节脂肪代谢、摄食、睡眠、生殖、胃功能、心血管和血糖等多种生物学功能。该文综述了nesfatin-1 的发现、结构、组织分布和调节脂肪代谢的机制,以期为肥胖和脂肪肝的防控提供理论依据。

Research progress of nesfatin-1 on the regulation of lipid metabolism

Abstract: Abstract: Nesfatin-1 is a new type of satiety factor. The precursor protein, NUCB2 is cleaved into three fragments, nesfatin-1, nesfatin-2 and nesfatin-3 by prohormone convertases. Nesfatin-1 is widely distributed in the central nervous system and peripheral tissues, especially rich in hypothalamus, pituitary, liver and adipose tissue. Nesfatin-1 has extensive biological functions, such as the regulation of lipid metabolism, feeding, sleeping, reproduction, stomach function, cardiovascular function and blood glucose. This study reviewed the discovery, structure distribution and the regulation metabolism of lipid of the nesfatin-1, with the aim to provide theory evidence for obesity and fatty liver prevention.
