硫化氢在多种生理过程中作用的研究进展

摘 要:摘 要:硫化氢(hydrogen sulfide, H2S)已被认为是继一氧化氮和一氧化碳之后的第三种气体信号分子,广泛参与机体的生理与病理过程。现总结H2S 的合成、代谢、检测、在疾病中的作用及其相关供体,以期为临床研究和治疗提供新思路。

Abstract: Abstract: Hydrogen sulfide has been considered as the third gaseous signaling molecule after nitric oxide and carbon monoxide, and is widely involved in the physiological and pathological processes. In this article, we summarize the synthesis, metabolism, and detection of H2S, the role of H2S in diseases and its related donors in order to provide new ideas for clinical research and treatment.
