摘 要:摘 要:目前在RNA 上已发现超过一百种化学修饰,这些修饰相关的测序技术开发和功能研究发展迅速。关于RNA 修饰的相关研究领域被称为“RNA 表观遗传学”。为了对RNA 修饰的含量和位置进行检测,研究人员利用液相色谱、质谱和高通量测序等技术开发了多种定量或定点的RNA 修饰检测方法。该文对这些方法进行了归纳整理,并对每种方法的基本原理和应用进行了介绍。

Abstract: Abstract: Over 100 different types of chemical modifications have been characterized in cellular RNA to date. Studies on detection methods and functional analysis of these RNA modifications have led to the emergence of a
    new field, called “RNA epigenetics”. Several quantitative and site-specific methods have been developed to detect the RNA modifications. In this paper, we summarized these detection methods and introduced the basic principles
    and their application.
