长非编码RNA与肿瘤

摘 要:摘 要:长非编码RNA 的广泛存在,在改变人们对分子生物学认知的同时,也改变了对肿瘤等疾病发生机制的看法。肿瘤全基因组突变测序分析发现,非编码区域的突变比遗传密码子区域的突变更能影响疾病的发生。因为长非编码RNA 发挥着精准的调控功能,它们可与各种调控因子相互作用,促进肿瘤等疾病的发生,因此,长非编码RNA 可作为临床诊断的标志物和治疗靶点。现将从基因的表达与调控的角度出发,介绍长非编码RNA 影响肿瘤发生发展的分子机制。

The long noncoding RNAs and tumor

Abstract: Abstract: The wide existing of long noncoding RNA changed both our understanding of the molecular biology and the view of diseases mechanism such as tumor. Tumor genome mutations sequencing analysis found that mutations in noncoding regions can affect the occurrence of diseases more extensively than that in genetic codon. Because the long noncoding RNAs, which show precise regulatory functions, may drive tumor development by interacting with a variety of regulatory factors, the long noncoding RNAs may become the clinical diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets. This article from the perspective of gene expression and regulation, introduced how long noncoding RNAs influence the tumor occurrence and development.
