非编码RNA与免疫性疾病研究进展

摘 要:摘 要:免疫系统疾病是一大类疾病的统称,其发生发展的机制尚不明确。非编码RNA 作为近年来的研究热点,不仅对生理情况下免疫细胞的分化、激活发挥重要作用,而且广泛参与了免疫调节紊乱的病理过程,其表达和( 或) 功能异常与一些免疫性疾病的发生、发展及预后紧密相关。现就非编码RNA 对正常情况下免疫稳态的调节作用,与免疫性疾病发生的关系及其对免疫失衡的影响展开综述。

Abstract: Abstract: Immune associated diseases comprise of a variety of diseases with unclear pathogenic mechanisms. Emerged as a new star in recent research focus, noncoding RNAs not only play essential roles in the differentiation and activation of various immune cells under physiological conditions, but also participate in extensive pathological processes of immune dysfunction. The abnormal expression and/or function of noncoding RNAs have been correlated with the initiation, development and prognosis of certain immune associated diseases. In this review, we will present an overview of the functional roles of noncoding RNA in both immune homeostasis and immune disorder, as well as their interaction within immune associated diseases.
