摘 要:摘 要:长链非编码RNA (LncRNA) 作为一种新型的基因表达调控分子,能够对基因表达进行精细化调控,在组织和细胞中表达丰度较高,在疾病的发生发展中起到重要的作用。但是,其在某些疾病发病机制中的作用尚未明确,特别是在慢性疾病中的研究仅仅是冰山一角。因此,近年来LncRNA 在疾病发生发展中的分子机制成为研究热门。现就LncRNA 在原发性高血压发病过程中的作用机制进行综述。

Abstract: Abstract: Long non-coding RNA (LncRNA), as a novel gene expression regulator, is capable of fine-regulation of gene expression and highly abundant in tissues and cells. LncRNA also plays an important role in the development and progression of the diseases, but its role in the pathogenesis of chronic diseases is not clear. Therefore, the molecular mechanism of LncRNA in the development of diseases has become a hot research topic. This article reviews the mechanism of LncRNA in the pathogenesis of essential hypertension.
