PP2A在运动抗阿尔茨海默病进程中的机制研究

摘 要:摘 要:Tau 蛋白过度磷酸化是AD 发病的重要原因,促进脑中p-Tau 蛋白的脱磷酸化进程是运动抗AD 的重要途径。PP2A 是重要的蛋白磷酸酶,对p-Tau 蛋白的脱磷酸化有重要作用。有关PP2A 介导运动抗AD的Tau 蛋白磷酸化机制研究尚不多见。现从Tau 蛋白与AD 研究、PP2A 与AD 研究、运动与AD 研究、PP2A 与运动抗AD 研究等方面,系统阐述PP2A 在介导运动抗AD 进程中的蛋白磷酸化机制,为探明运动抗AD 的Tau 蛋白途径及运动促进健康的蛋白质修饰机制研究提供参考。

Abstract: Abstract: Excessive Tau protein phosphorylation is an important cause of Alzheimer’s disease (AD). To facilitate the process of p-Tau protein dephosphorylation in brain is an important way of promoting exercise resistance of AD. PP2A is an important protein phosphatase, which plays a key role in the process of p-Tau protein dephosphorylation. But there are few research about the mechanism of PP2A in mediating exercise against Tau protein phosphorylation of AD. This article analyses the study about Tau protein and AD, PP2A and AD, exercise and AD, PP2A and exercise against AD, etc., which elaborates the Tau protein phosphorylation mechanism about the PP2A in the process of movement against AD. It will provide an important reference to elaborate the Tau protein pathways of movement against AD and the protein modification mechanism of movement promoting health research.
