摘 要:摘 要:蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶(protein tyrosine phosphatases, PTPs) 是真核细胞中参与磷酸化水平调节和信号转导的重要催化酶。PTPs 的调控异常与肿瘤等众多疾病的发生有关。多种调控机制参与对PTPs 功能和活性的调节,包括蛋白质磷酸化、蛋白质水解、小类泛素化修饰等等。对体内PTPs 调控机制进行深入研究有助于为这些疾病的基因治疗提供更多有效靶标。现就PTPs 的调控机制展开综述。
Abstract: Abstract: Protein tyrosine phosphatases (PTPs) play a significant role in cellular phosphorylation and signalling in eukaryotic cells. Dysfunction of PTPs is a major cause of various diseases, including cancers. A variety of
regulatory mechanisms regulate PTPs function and activity, such as phosphorylation, proteolytic cleavage, sumoylation. An improved understanding of how these enzymes are regulated might aid the development of new antidisease agents. This article reviews the regulatory mechanisms of PTPs.
