低氧诱导因子2在肿瘤发生发展中的作用和机制

摘 要:摘 要:低氧是肿瘤发生和发展中的一种常见的微环境。低氧诱导因子1 和低氧诱导因子2 介导了肿瘤细胞对低氧环境的适应性应答,尽管两者具有高度的同源性,但各自具有独特的功能。近来对低氧诱导因子2的研究表明,它在肿瘤的代谢、增殖、血管生成、转移、化疗耐药等方面有着非常重要的作用。现从以上方面对低氧诱导因子2 在肿瘤发生发展中的作用和机制进行综述。

The role and mechanisms of hypoxia inducible    factor (HIF)-2 in cancer development

Abstract: Abstract: Hypoxia is a common environment in cancer development. Hypoxia inducible factor-1 (HIF-1) and HIF-2 mediate the cellular adaptive response to hypoxia. Despite the high homology between HIF-1α and HIF-2α, they have particular functions respectively. Recent studies have shown that HIF-2 plays a critical role in cancer metabolism, proliferation, angiogenesis, metastasis and drug resistances. We summarize the role and molecular mechanisms of HIF-2 in cancer development.
