摘　要：摘　要：肿瘤抗原特异性T 细胞免疫治疗是基于适应性免疫应答理论的被动免疫疗法，近年来发展迅猛，以TIL、TCR-T、CAR-T 以及BiTE 为代表，已在临床试验中显现出可喜疗效，就其制备原理、安全性及应用前景作一综述。

Tumor antigen-specific T cell immunotherapy

Abstract: Abstract: Tumor antigen-specific T cell immunotherapy is a passive immunotherapy based on the theory of adaptive immune responses， which has developed rapidly in recent years. TIL， TCR-T， CAR-T and BiTE as examples of these immunotherapies have produced impressive results in the clinical trials. In this paper， we review the preparation principle， safety and application prospects of tumor antigen-specific T cell immunotherapy.
