摘 要:摘 要:细胞自噬(autophagy) 与肿瘤、病原体感染、神经退行性疾病等密切相关。长链非编码RNA (long noncoding RNA, lncRNA) 是一组长度超过200 nt、无蛋白质编码功能的转录本。lncRNA 可作为一种新型调控细胞自噬的分子,深入了解lncRNA 在细胞自噬过程中的调控作用,对细胞自噬相关疾病的治疗与预防都具有重要的意义。现介绍近期lncRNA 对细胞自噬调控研究的新进展。

Abstract: Abstract: Autophagy is closely related to tumor, pathogens infection and neuro-degenerative diseases. Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNA) are a large class of non-protein-coding transcripts that are more than 200 nt in length. lncRNA is a novel molecule that regulates autophagy. Therefore, it is important to reveal the vital roles of lncRNAs in autophagy regulation, and this will further illuminate the molecular regulatory networks of autophagy and open up new ways for the prevention and treatment of certain diseases. In this review, we summarized the recent research progress of cell autophagy regulated by lncRNA.
