摘　要：摘　要：虽然已有越来越多的证据支持粪菌移植(fecal microbiota transplantation， FMT) 的重要临床价值，但是大量的研究者和医生基于其现有的知识结构难以理解和用好FMT。重点从FMT 的概念认知、最新FMT体系状态以及未来发展方向等角度进行综述和讨论。
