微小RNA-29与恶性肿瘤

摘　要：摘　要：miR-29 家族是人类重要的miRNA 分子，在多数恶性肿瘤中扮演抑癌RNA 分子的作用，因而呈现低表达水平，它通过上调抑癌基因表达及调控相关肿瘤信号通路等机制，抑制恶性肿瘤的增殖、分化、侵袭和转移。miR-29 家族不仅能作为恶性肿瘤治疗的靶点，而且在肿瘤的诊断及预后评估方面具有重要价值。

Abstract: Abstract: Hsa-miR-29 family， an significant miRNA， acts as a tumor suppressor in most malignant tumors. It inhibits tumor proliferation， differentiation， invasion and metastasis by up-regulating the expression levels of tumor suppressor genes and regulating several tumor-related signaling pathways. Hsa-miR-29 family is not only expected to become a new target for malignant tumor therapy， but also has a vital role in clinic diagnosis and prognosis of tumors.
