转分化技术的研究

摘 要:摘 要:成体细胞在再生医学和药物研发过程中有广泛的应用。但由于供体的缺乏,获得足够的成体细胞一直是再生医学领域的难点。利用转分化技术可以直接将易于获取的成体细胞类型转化为其他较难获取的成体细胞类型,从而有望成为成体细胞的重要来源。现将介绍国内外近年来转分化技术的主要方法和重要研究成果。

Abstract: Abstract: Somatic cells have been widely used for regenerative medicine and drug development. However, lack of donors makes it difficult to get enough somatic cells for regenerative medicine. Recently generation of functional cells by transdifferentiation is becoming an important alternative method to produce somatic cells. Here we summarize recent progresses of transdifferentiation.
