胰腺星状细胞在胰腺内外分泌疾病中的作用

摘　要：摘　要：胰腺纤维化是胰腺炎、胰腺癌主要的病理学特征。活化的胰腺星状细胞(pancreatic stellate cell，PSC) 是胰腺炎致胰腺纤维化的主要效应细胞，在胰腺炎与胰腺癌的纤维化进程中发挥重要作用。近期研究发现，PSC 也存在于糖尿病动物胰岛中，可能参与糖尿病胰岛纤维化及β 细胞衰竭的发展进程。现就PSC与胰腺炎、胰腺癌及糖尿病关系的研究进展作一综述。

Role of pancreatic stellate cell in pancreatic endocrine and exocrine diseases

Abstract: Abstract: Pancreatic fibrosis is a characteristic feature of chronic pancreatitis and of desmoplastic reaction associated with pancreatic cancer. Activated pancreatic stellate cell (PSC) plays a pivotal role in fibrogenesis associated with pancreatitis. PSC is strongly related to the progression of fibrosis in pancreatitis and pancreatic cancer. Recent studies identified PSC in the fibrotic islets， suggesting that PSC might play an important role in this process. This review summarizes the current literatures addressing the interactions between PSC and pancreatic diseases， including pancreatitis， pancreatic cancer and diabetes mellitus.
