SIRT6的研究进展及功能剖析

摘　要：摘　要：SIRT6 属于Sir2 蛋白家族中的一员，目前已知其拥有NAD+ 依赖的组蛋白去乙酰化酶和单ADP 核糖基转移酶两种功能。SIRT6 通过这两种功能在调控DNA 修复、端粒维护、葡萄糖与脂质的代谢、炎症反应以及癌症的发生与发展等方面发挥重要作用，因而对于机体的长寿与健康非常重要。现介绍SIRT6 的研究进展，进而阐述SIRT6 的功能。

The research progress and functional analysis of STRT6

Abstract: Abstract: Sirt6 belongs to Sir2 protein family， and has two functions including NAD+-dependent deacetylation and mono-ADP-ribosylation. Sirt6 plays important roles in DNA repair， telomere maintenance， glucose and lipid metabolism， inflammation and cancer. Such roles may contribute to the overall longevity and health of the organism. This paper describes the research progress of SIRT6 and the function of SIRT6.
