原发性高血压主要危险因素与基因甲基化的关系研究

摘 要:摘 要:DNA 甲基化是一种表观遗传学修饰方式,与多种疾病存在重要关联,日益成为研究的热点。DNA甲基化修饰虽然不会引起DNA 序列的改变,却可干扰基因的表达。原发性高血压是一种严重影响人类健康的慢性疾病,已成为全球共同关注的公共卫生问题。原发性高血压与DNA 甲基化存在着重要关联,因此,了解原发性高血压主要危险因素与DNA 甲基化的关系,可以更好地解释原发性高血压和DNA 甲基化之间的因果关系。现就原发性高血压主要危险因素与DNA 甲基化关系的研究进展作一综述。

Researches of the relationship between major risk factors of essential    hypertension and gene methylation

Abstract: Abstract: DNA methylation is an important epigenetic manner, and related with many kinds of diseases as a current hot research. DNA methylation doesn’t alter the DNA sequence, but interferes with the gene expression. As a serious chronic disease affecting human health, essential hypertension (EH) is a globally concerned public problem. Because EH is associated with DNA methylation, it is necessary to know the relationship between major risk factors of EH and gene methylation in order to explain the casual relationship. This review presents the relationship between major risk factors of EH and gene methylation.
