摘　要：摘　要：转基因技术已广泛用于水稻遗传改良的方方面面。现综述水稻转基因技术的发展历程及其发展趋势，同时对我国转基因水稻新品种培育及其监管审批体系进行简单介绍。

This paper summarizes the course of development and trend of rice transgenic technology， and a brief introduction of transgenic rice cultivation and its regulatory approval system in China was made at the same time.
