水稻复杂性状研究的新途径:水稻重要农艺性状全基因组关联分析

摘 要:摘 要:水稻是重要的粮食作物,且经过长期的自然和人工驯化,形成了适应不同地域栽培的优良品种。这些品种材料中蕴藏着丰富多样的自然变异,是深入挖掘和有效利用重要农艺性状基因的重要遗传资源。全基因组关联分析是利用不同基因间的连锁不平衡进行基因型和表型的相关性分析,从而高效鉴定目标性状基因。该分析方法已成为水稻复杂性状研究的新途径。现简要阐述全基因组关联分析的发展、原理及研究流程,并对其在水稻重要农艺性状研究中的进展进行综述。

Progress on genome-wide association study of important agronomic traits in rice

Abstract: Abstract: Rice is one of the most important food crops in the world. After long-term natural and artificial selections, a large number of elite rice varieties adapting to various environmental conditions have been generated. Many useful genes are preserved in these germplasm resources which may have the potential to be utilized in rice genetic improvement. As a new approach for dissecting complex traits in plants, genome-wide association studies (GWAS) employ linkage disequilibrium to detect genotype-to-phenotype associations and identify the underlying causative alleles. In this review, we briefly illustrated the progress, basic theory and research flow of GWAS. Moreover, we summarized its recent applications on studying important agronomic traits in rice.
