水稻雄性发育功能基因的发掘及应用

摘 要:摘 要:水稻雄配子体发育包含花药细胞分化、绒毡层细胞程序性死亡、花粉壁形态建成和受精等连续的发育过程,是生殖发育基础理论研究和水稻育种特别是杂交育种的关键过程。现重点介绍近年来国内外水稻雄性发育分子调控机制的最新研究进展,并概述雄性不育系在杂种优势利用、杂交不亲和等重要农艺性状控制方面的理论基础。

Functional research of rice male reproduction and its utilization in breeding

Abstract: Abstract: Development of rice male gametophyte is a critical course in seed formation, propagation. Male reproduction is a consecutive process which includes anther cell differentiation, tapetum program cell death, pollen wall formation and fertilization, etc. In this review, we mainly focused on the recent research progress on the key molecular regulators on rice male development. We also summarized the molecular basis underlying the male sterile lines used in hybrid seed production as well as the sterility of hybrid.
