中国水稻基因组学研究历史及现状

摘 要:摘 要:水稻既是重要的粮食作物,又是功能基因组研究的模式植物。水稻基因组测序的完成及种质资源的基因组重测序,为水稻功能基因组研究奠定了基础。现综述我国水稻基因组测序和功能基因组研究历史,重点介绍功能基因组组学研究的平台和重要农艺性状解析的成果,并指出未来水稻功能基因组研究的方向。

The history and current status of rice genomics research in China

Abstract: Abstract: Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is a major crop feeding about half of the population of the world. Meanwhile, rice represents a model for functional genome research among the crop plants. The completion of the whole genome sequencing of rice and genome resequencing of germplasm resources laid the foundation for rice functional genomics research. This review summarizes the history of rice genome sequencing and functional genomic research in China, highlighting the establishment of functional genomics platforms and molecular network characterization on important agronomic traits in rice. It also prospects the future development of rice functional genomics research.
