尿苷对肝脏脂肪代谢的影响研究进展

摘 要:摘 要:非酒精性脂肪肝是影响公众健康的一系列相关疾病,最近研究发现短期使用尿苷可以阻止一些药物引起的脂肪肝,但长期使用加剧了脂肪肝的形成。现对尿苷如何通过改变蛋白质乙酰化、糖基化,降低胰岛素信号通路蛋白质的磷酸化水平,从而影响肝脏中脂肪代谢的一些机理进行了综述。

Abstract: Abstract: Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease is a common condition associated with metabolic syndrome. Recent studies have found that the short-term use of uridine can prevent fatty liver caused by some drugs, but the long-term use of uridine can aggravate the formation of fatty liver. This review summarized the mechanism that how uridine change the protein acetylation, glycosylation, reduce protein phosphorylation levels of insulin signaling pathway,that affects the liver fat metabolism.
