7,8-二羟基黄酮的生理功能研究进展

摘 要:摘 要:7,8- 二羟基黄酮(7,8-dihydroxyflavone, 7,8-DHF) 属于类黄酮的一种。近年来的研究表明,7,8-DHF是酪氨酸激酶B (tyrosine kinase B, TrkB) 受体的特异性激动剂,能够激活TrkB 受体,发挥重要的神经保护作用。此外,7,8-DHF 还具有其他黄酮类化合物所共有的抗氧化、抗炎症和心血管调节等功能。综述了7,8-DHF 的生理功能研究进展。

Abstract: Abstract: 7,8-dihydroxyflavone (7,8-DHF) is a kind of flavonoids. In recent years, 7,8-DHF has been confirmed to be the specific agonist of tyrosine kinase B (TrkB) receptor, which can activate TrkB receptors and play an important role in nerve protection. Moreover, 7,8-DHF has other functions, such as antioxidant, anti-inflammation and cardiovascular regulation, and so on. In this paper, the physiological functions of 7,8-DHF are reviewed.
