7，8-二羟基黄酮的生理功能研究进展

摘　要：摘　要：7，8- 二羟基黄酮(7，8-dihydroxyflavone， 7，8-DHF) 属于类黄酮的一种。近年来的研究表明，7，8-DHF是酪氨酸激酶B (tyrosine kinase B， TrkB) 受体的特异性激动剂，能够激活TrkB 受体，发挥重要的神经保护作用。此外，7，8-DHF 还具有其他黄酮类化合物所共有的抗氧化、抗炎症和心血管调节等功能。综述了7，8-DHF 的生理功能研究进展。

Advances in physiological function of the 7，8-dihydroxyflavone

Abstract: Abstract: 7，8-dihydroxyflavone (7，8-DHF) is a kind of flavonoids. In recent years， 7，8-DHF has been confirmed to be the specific agonist of tyrosine kinase B (TrkB) receptor， which can activate TrkB receptors and play an important role in nerve protection. Moreover， 7，8-DHF has other functions， such as antioxidant， anti-inflammation and cardiovascular regulation， and so on. In this paper， the physiological functions of 7，8-DHF are reviewed.
