摘 要:摘 要:DNA 甲基化作为一种常见的表观遗传学修饰方式,在基因表达调控中发挥着重要作用,与肿瘤的发生发展有着密切的联系。检测肿瘤相关基因的甲基化状态对开发肿瘤诊断、治疗等相关技术及研究肿瘤发生机制具有重要意义。现对肿瘤细胞DNA 甲基化检测技术的优缺点及应用进行综述,以期为研究者在选择检测方法时提供参考。
Abstract: Abstract: DNA methylation is a common epigenetic modification, which plays an important role in the regulation of gene expression and is closely related to the process of tumorigenesis. Investigating into the methylation patterns in tumor related genes shares tremendous significance in developing technologies for tumor diagnosis and tumor treatment and in understanding the mechanisms underlying tumorigenesis. This review gives an intensive look into the existing DNA methylation detection methods and a brief comment about their relative merits and applications to provide reference for researchers when selecting a proper detection method.
