细胞自噬对造血干细胞功能特性的调节

摘 要:摘 要:细胞自噬是真核细胞一种进化上保守,周转细胞内物质的一个重要生理过程。细胞自噬既能清除胞质内异常的蛋白质和细胞器,又能在特定条件下维持细胞的生存,具有广泛的生理功能。造血干细胞是血液系统中一类能维持静息状态、自我更新和具有多向分化潜能的特殊细胞。近年来的研究不断揭示细胞自噬在造血干细胞的特性维持和调节中发挥着重要作用。现就细胞自噬在造血干细胞特性调节中的研究现状进行概述。

Autophagy regulates features of hematopoietic stem cells

Abstract: Abstract: Autophagy plays critical roles in regulation of physiological functions of eukaryotes by removing denatured proteins and abnormal organelles in cytoplasm and maintaining survival. Hematopoietic stem cells are special blood cells, which possess abilities of self-renewal and differentiation of multilineages. Accumulating evidence showed that autophagy plays a significant role in sustaining and regulating features of hematopoietic stem cells. Here we summarized advances in studying in regulation of hematopoietic stem cell fetures by autophagy.
