功能蔬菜的发掘和利用

摘 要:摘 要:近年来,随着全球社会的老龄化和人们对营养健康的日益关注,国内外对功能蔬菜的需求日益增强。优质特种功能蔬菜将成为农业发展的一个新生长点,同时也为慢性病的预防和治疗,以及改善亚健康状态起到积极作用。我国功能蔬菜食用历史悠久,并且资源丰富,具有功能蔬菜开发利用的优势和非常广阔的市场前景。但是,要实现功能蔬菜的可持续发展必须解决其产业化过程中的关键技术问题,包括功效性与安全性评价,以及良种培育和规模化生产配套技术。

Abstract: Abstract: Along with the global aging trend and the growing interest of healthy life, there is a great demand of functional vegetables in both domestic and international markets. Therefore, it is essential to promote the characterization and development of functional vegetables from Chinese plant resources. With the attractive effect of improving the subhealth condition and prevention and treatment of chronic diseases, high quality functional
    vegetables will become a new growth point of agricultural economy. There are rich medicinal plant resources and a long history of consuming functional vegetables in China, which leads to the great advantages of development and utilization of functional vegetables. However, much more attention should be paid for the efficacy, safety, cultivation, and consuming methods during development and commercialization of functional vegetables.
