滤泡辅助性T细胞与病毒感染性疾病研究进展

摘　要：摘　要：滤泡辅助性T 细胞(follicular helper T cells， Tfh) 作为一种新发现的CD4+T 细胞亚群，其主要功能是辅助B 细胞增殖、分化、产生抗体，参与体液免疫应答。由于Tfh 细胞在体液免疫应答中的重要作用，近年来成为研究的热点。现将概述Tfh 细胞的发现、分化过程、相关的调控分子，及其在病毒感染性疾病中的研究进展。

Abstract: Abstract: Follicular helper T cells (Tfh)， a newly defined CD4+T cell subset that plays an instrumental role in providing help to proliferation and differentiation of B cells for the production of antibodies and protective humoral immunity responses. Owing to the crucial function of Tfh cells， it becomes a research hotspot in recent years. In this review， we highlight advances in our understanding of Tfh cell discovery， differentiation， associated regulation molecules and the studies of virus infection diseases.
