花色苷类植物化学物对心血管系统的保护作用

摘 要:摘 要:花色苷是具有2- 苯基苯并吡喃结构的一类糖苷衍生物,在高等植物的深色部位广泛分布。除了赋予植物性食品鲜艳的色泽外,现已明确花色苷类植物化学物还具有抗氧化、抗炎和调节脂质代谢等疾病预防功效。流行病学和临床试验研究表明,花色苷可以改善心血管系统功能,有助于降低心血管疾病的发病风险。综述了花色苷的食物来源及其对心血管系统的保护作用,并提出了今后的研究展望。

Protective role of anthocyanins on cardiovascular diseases

Abstract: Abstract: Anthocyanins are naturally occurring flavylium cation derivatives and widely distributed in the colored tissues of plants. Besides imparting color to plant foods, anthocyanins have an array of health-promoting properties, such as antiinflammatory and antioxidative activities, improving lipid metabolism, and these compounds are now recognized as a research focus in phytochemistry. Epidemiological and clinical studies suggest that increased consumption of anthocyanins improves the function of blood vessels and lowers the risk of cardiovascular disease. Here, we summarize the major food source of anthocyanin and its protective role on cardiovascular diseases, as well as research perspectives of anthocyanin.
