A-超家族芋螺毒素研究进展

摘 要:摘 要:芋螺毒素是生物毒素中迅速发展的新领域, 是很有价值的药物或药物先导化合物,其中A-超家族芋螺毒素是研究最早、了解较为全面的芋螺毒素家族之一,由于其高丰度、化学多样性、强专一性作用等突出特点成为创新药物发展的宝库。A-超家族芋螺毒素因能选择性阻断nAChRs的某种亚型,使它们可作为鉴定nAChRs及其亚基的有效工具。此外,在药理学方面,A-超家族芋螺毒素除了作为镇痛药物已进入临床研究外,也有望开发成用于治疗焦虑症、帕金森氏病、肌肉紧张和高血压等病症的药物。

Abstract: Abstract: Conotoxin is a new area that attracts increasing attention and developes rapidly in biological toxins. They are valuable polypeptides that can be used as medicine or its precursor. Among them, the A-superfamily CTx are the earliest studied. Due to their abundance, chemical diversity, high-specific effect and other advantages, they have become a precious treasure for developing new medicines. A-superfamily CTx have a selective blocking effect on different subtype of nAChRs, so they are effective tools to identify different subtype or subunit of nAChRs. Additionally in pharmacology, A-superfamily CTx are not only studied in clinical phase as medicine to ease pains, but also very possible to be developed to treat anxiety disorder, parkinsonism, muscular tension, hypertension and other diseases.
