大规模酵母双杂交技术的发展及其在蛋白质相互作用组学中的应用

摘 要:酵母双杂交技术作为研究蛋白质相互作用的主要方法,在规模化蛋白质相互作用研究中占据举足轻重的地位。虽然蛋白质相互作用的数据逐年递增,但是还远不能满足“大数据”的实际需求。为了使蛋白质相互作用组学研究更加高效、快捷、准确,以及使酵母双杂交适用于全基因组规模筛选和蛋白质相互作用数据高度覆盖的研究需求,近年来对酵母双杂交技术进行了一系列的改进和发展。综述了近年来在规模化蛋白质相互作用组学研究中,酵母双杂交技术的最新改进和发展。

The development of large-scale yeast two-hybrid and its application in    interactome researches

Abstract: Yeast two-hybrid (Y2H) technology is the primary method to study protein-protein interactions. It plays an important role in the large-scale interactome researches. Although the interactome datasets increased every year, it still could not meet the needs of the big data by the researches of systems biology and biological functions. To make interactome research more efficient, fast and accurate, in recent years, the Y2H technology was improved to make it more suitable for whole genome scale screening and high coverage interactome studies. This paper reviews the latest improvements and developments of Y2H technology in recent large-scale interactome studies.
