PD-1/PD-L1在脓毒症发生发展过程中的作用研究

摘 要:脓毒症是机体应对感染而发生的一种全身性炎性反应,且发病机制复杂,免疫调节紊乱是最显著的特点之一。程序性死亡分子-1 (programmed death-1, PD-1) 及其配体(programmed death ligand-1, PD-L1)是介导机体免疫反应的负性调节信号,在脓毒症的发生发展过程中扮演着重要角色。因此,对PD-1/PD-L1在脓毒症的发生发展及治疗中所发挥的作用进行简短归纳。

Abstract: Sepsis is the systemic inflammatory reaction responding to the infection, however, the underlying mechanisms have not been fully understood. Immune disorder is one of the most remarkable characteristics for sepsis. Programmed death-1 (PD-1) and its ligand (PD-L1) are the negative-regulated signals mediating immune response, which play an important role in the occurrence and development of sepsis. In this review, we will make a brief summary about the effect of PD-1/PD-L1 on the occurrence, development and treatment of sepsis.
