摘 要:紫外交联免疫共沉淀(CLIP) 技术能揭示RNA 结合蛋白在体内的RNA 结合位点。将讨论该技术的基本原理和一些新的发展,这些新发展显著地提高了技术的特异性、灵敏度和应用范围。

Abstract: Ultraviolet-crosslinking and immunoprecipitation (CLIP) techniques can provide key information about the in vivo RNA-binding site of protein. This review will discuss the basic principles and recent developments of CLIP techniques. These new developments have significantly improved the specificity, sensitivity and application range of the technique.
