炎症Caspase与相关疾病

摘　要：摘　要：Caspase家族是一类与细胞凋亡和炎症反应重要相关的蛋白酶，其中与炎症相关的主要有Caspase-1、-4、-5、-11、-12，总称为炎症Caspase，主要与促炎症细胞因子IL-1的产生有关。IL-1处于免疫反应的上游，能刺激多种炎症细胞因子和多种效应分子的产生，引起神经细胞凋亡和毒性、关节疼痛和损伤、肝细胞凋亡、急性胰腺炎等与炎症相关疾病。因此，抑制炎症Caspase对治疗炎症相关疾病有重要意义。

Abstract: Abstract:  Caspase is a family related to apoptosis and inflammatory response. In this family, Caspase-1, -4, -5, -11, -12 are nominated inflammatory caspases which are mainly related to inflammatory response. Inflammatory Caspases are responsible for the processing of pro-inflammatory cytokine IL-1. IL-1, as a upstream of immune response, can stimulate many inflammatory cytokines and effects, and then induce inflammatory diseases, such as neuron apoptosis and cytotoxicity, joint destruction and pain, apoptosis of liver cell, acute pancreatitis, etc. Therefore, it is very important for the treatment of inflammatory diseases to inhibit the  inflammatory Caspases activities.
