摘 要:摘 要:“谷氨酰胺代谢”是肿瘤细胞除Warburg 效应外又一重要的能量代谢方式。迅速增殖的肿瘤细胞消耗谷氨酰胺(glutamine, Gln) 来提供生长和增殖所需的能量和生物大分子原料, 维持细胞内氧化还原稳态和参与细胞内信号通路的转导。肿瘤中原癌基因与抑癌基因的突变会影响Gln 代谢。结合先进的诊断技术和研究手段将有利于了解肿瘤中Gln 的生化代谢,揭示Gln 代谢的关键环节,为依赖Gln 的肿瘤提供治疗新策略。
Abstract: Abstract: Glutamine metabolism is recognized as a distinctive feature in addition to Warburg effect in cancer. Cancer cells acquire energy and nutrients through glutamine metabolism to support cell growth and proliferation. Moreover, glutamine metabolism maintains redox homeostasis and modulates cellular signal transduction. Several oncogenes and anti-oncogenes in cancers have been reported to influence glutamine metabolism. Modern diagnostic techniques combined with new methods will facilitate understanding of the biochemical processes of glutamine metabolism, unveiling the novel target and providing new therapeutics for glutamine-addicted cancers.
