神经元自噬与缺血性脑卒中的相关研究

摘 要:摘 要: 自噬是细胞内的降解、再循环系统,它能够清除受损的蛋白质和细胞器,维持细胞动态平衡。自噬可以在生理和病理情况下激活,其作用机制非常复杂。在病理情况下与疾病的发生发展相关,如缺血性脑卒中。就神经元自噬与缺血性脑卒中的相关研究进行综述。

The study on relationship between neuron autophagy and ischemic stroke

Abstract: Abstract: Autophagy is an intracellular degradation and recycling system, which removes damaged proteins and organelles, maintains the cellular dynamic balance. Autophagy is activated under physiological and pathologcial conditions and its mechanism is very complicated. Autophagy is closely related to various diseases under pathological conditions, such as ischemic stroke. This paper reviewed the studies on relationship between neuron autophagy and ischemic stroke.
